REMAL Foundation Suggests Having 7 Capitals Of Egypt

The Non-Governmental Organization REMAL Foundation (Amar Ya Masr) said it will be offering the Egyptian presidency within days its proposal that Egypt would have 7 capitals covering all the governorates.

The NGO REMAL Foundation’s proposal comes as a part of a large ambitious developmental project set up in coordination with some societal agencies.

REMAL’s proposal presents the idea of making Cairo city as the spiritual capital of Egypt; while Nefertari (located in the new Delta area) shall be the political capital of the state and Alexandria city to become the country’s capital of sciences.

For the fourth capital, REMAL has chosen south eastern area of Port Said so as to become Egypt’s capital for money and business.

The NGO foundation has further selected Luxor as the fifth capital of the country in charge of the international heritage. Sixthly, Oasis region is set to become Egypt’s technological capital. Seventhly and finally, REMAL has suggested Toshka to become the country’s capital of ecoagricultures.
 
Meanwhile, Ashraf Abdel Mohsen - Founder at AYM - Amar Ya Masr / REMAL Foundation, told Amwal Al Ghad that the upcoming period will witness discussions and presenting the national developmental project to a wide range of businessmen through their representative institutions, notably the International Business & Investment Association (IBIA).

The aim of the REMAL Foundation is to upraise Egypt by having new vision and dream for new Egypt after the 25 January revolution and to cooperate with regional coordinators to further promote our integrated solution and highlight the advantages of having a national vision in quality of urban life.
